Holiday ...

A very fast and happy song to recommend to you all . A song by 陈晓东 (Chan Hiu Dung, Daniel). After listen to this song, you will feel all the holiday mood...coming...and you need a rest...:o)

Everybody needs a holiday
Everybody needs a holiday

1 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
1 teaspoon five spice powder
2 pcs "nam yu"

Translation :-
After a person grown up
There will be more and more "dont's"
There will be more and more things that you don't have ability to do
After a person grown up, there will be more and more things in life that you don't have answer to
After a person grown up, there will be more time where you don't have anyone to take care of
After a person grown up, there will be more obstacles in love that you cannot reason with
After a person grown up, there will really be a lot of "dont's"
But what makes a person grow up is also because of all these "dont's"

Gal...

When a gal is quiet ... millions of things are running in her mind.
When a gal is not arguing ... she is thinking deeply.
When a gal looks at u with eyes full of questions ... she is wondering how long you will be around.
When a gal answers ' I'm fine ' after a few seconds ... she is not at all fine.
When a gal stares at you ... she is wondering why you are lying.
When a gal lays on your chest ... she is wishing for you to be hers forever.
When a gal wants to see you everyday... she wants to be pampered.
When a gal says ' I love you ' ... she means it.
When a gal says ' I miss you ' ... no one in this world can miss you more than that.
Life only comes around once, so make sure u spend it with the right person....
Find a Guy .. who calls you beautiful instead of hot.
Who calls you back when you hang up on him.
Who will stay awake just to watch you sleep.
Wait for the guy who ... kisses your forehead.
Who wants to show you off to the world when you are in your sweats.
Who holds your hand in front of his friends.
Who is constantly reminding you of how much he cares about you and how lucky he is to have you.
Who turns to his friends and says, ' That's her!! '

Cooking corner: Indomee goreng special

I think many out there like to eat indomee goreng. By doing another extra step, you can actually enhance the taste of the indomee goreng while still preserving the original flavor. Instant noodle will not just be instant noodle anymore... All you need is just some additional ingredients that you can find from your fridge, chicken meat, pork, ham, sausage or if you do not have any of this, just an egg will be very nice already. Below I have use chicken meat, ham and an egg.

Ingredients:-

2 packet indomee goreng
some chicken meat cut to small pieces
ham cut to small pieces also
1 egg

Steps:-
1. Prepare the indomee goreng as usual. Blanch the mee in boiling water and then mixed with all the seasoning and sauce in the packet.
2. Heat up wok with some oil.
3. Pre-fried the chicken meat and the ham. Dish up or push to side of wok.
4. Then, break in the egg and fried into omelette style.
5. When egg is almost done, pour in all the chicken meat, ham and the indomee that had been cooked earlier.
6. Turn to high heat, and stir fry all the mee, meat and egg until well mixed. Dish up and serve.

** if you only use egg, then omit all the steps for the meat.

Love ... just so simple ~~~

Love can be just so simple ....

(Translation : "It is not that he/she is better than you. It is because I love him/her. Because when I sleep, in my dream, the person I see is him/her. The moment I wake up, the first one I want to see is him/her. That's all.")

A new song from 五月天 (Mayday), 突然好想你 (suddenly very miss u..) a very touching and meaningful song. This song is like the little voice of our good friend in KK which had just breakup with his girlfriend. We hope he can be strong and we will always be there for him..

My answer is "can put in mouth lar", at least so far my hubby no complain... hehe :o) The 1st recipe i want to share is the egg crepe with fish paste, sausage & ham. Egg, ham, sausage seems to be most people favourite food, rite?

Egg crepe (can buy from supermarket)
100g fish paste (mix with spring onion)
4 pieces Ham
4 Sausages (normal length sausage)

Seasoning for the fish paste:- Salt and sugar to taste, some sesame oil, pepper, corn flour, “zor hau yu powder”

Steps :-
1. Mix the fish paste with spring onion and seasoning.

3. Use a spatula to spread a layer of fish paste on the egg crepe. Make sure it covers the whole crepe, then put 2 slices of ham on the fish paste. Then spread some fish paste on the ham.
4. After that, lay 2 sausage on top of the ham. Cut out the remaining portion not cover by the crepe then spread some fish paste on top also.
5. Just roll up the crepe together with all the fish paste, ham and sausage.
6. Steam for about 20 mins.
7. You can then cut and serve hot. You can also pan-fried it if you prefer the fried version.
