Something very meaningful to share.. Heard from radio this morning :o)

Holiday ...

A very fast and happy song to recommend to you all . A song by 陈晓东 (Chan Hiu Dung, Daniel). After listen to this song, you will feel all the holiday mood...coming...and you need a rest...:o)

Everybody needs a holiday
Everybody needs a holiday

2 eggs
4 crab stick (cut into small pieces)

some spring onion (chopped)

1 teaspoon soy sauce
dash of pepper and sesame oil

3. Heat up some oil and stir fry the onion.
4. Then, pour in the egg mixture and pan-fry until set. Turn over and fry the other side until golden brown also. Dish up and serve.

** You can actually replace the ham/bacon/crabstick with any other ingredients of your preference. Eg. sausage, "char siu", luncheon meat etc. However, for ingredients that require longer time to cook, do pre-fried them first.

Mr. Baoz...

Last weekend, my hubby and I tried out the Mr. Baoz at Pavilion, KL. I actually read it from someone's blog earlier and wanted to give it a try very long time already.. Something different and unique from the "pao" we had outside.. but I still prefer the traditional wan.
